Can the company be invoiced?
Yes. Give the company name, billing contact and any purchase order or cost-centre reference in the request. The quote states the price, and the invoicing arrangement is confirmed with it.
What is included in the price?
The quote names the home, the dates and the total including the taxes and fees shown. Equipment is stated per home: a kitchen and wifi in every home here, a dishwasher in about two in three, a dedicated workspace in about half. Ask about anything that is not listed before you accept.
What are the cancellation and notice terms?
They are stated in the quote before you accept, per home and stay. If the booking system holds no terms for a home, the agreed terms are written into the quote. No terms apply that you have not seen in writing.
Is cleaning included?
Cleaning during the stay is listed for roughly four in ten homes and is otherwise agreed per stay. Say in the request if you want regular cleaning, and the quote states what is included.
Can I extend the stay?
Often, if the home is free. Ask as early as you can. An extension is quoted and confirmed the same way as the original stay, and it is not in place until you have that confirmation.
Can my partner or a colleague stay with me?
Give the number of occupants and the bedroom needs in the request. Capacity is shown per home, and the proposal is matched to it.
Can you arrange a corporate apartment outside Gothenburg?
Yes. Outside Gothenburg we can arrange a corporate apartment through a partner we have vetted, with a quote within 24 hours on weekdays. AWP Superhost AB is still the contracting party and invoices the company, and the apartment is described in the quote rather than in this catalogue.
